As a church committed to praying for one another, we post this daily reminder we can all use for that purpose. It contains links to a Bible reading that if followed daily will have taken you through the entire Bible by this time next year, devotional thoughts from Our Daily Bread, and the passage upon which those thoughts are based, with a prayer inspired by that passage. Devotional Passage: Philippians 4:14-20
Prayer: We thank You for the reminder, Heavenly Father, of how collaborative ministry facilitates the effective reach of the Gospel. May we be generous in the matter of giving and receiving as was the local church at Philippi, faithfully sending support to or hosting those who are invested in full time missionary endeavors, as they did for the Apostle Paul. Knowing that our gifts to ministry are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice that is pleasing to You, we rejoice in the promise that You will meet all our needs according to the riches of Your glory in Your Beloved Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Whose Name we pray to the praise of Your glory forever. Amen.
