As a church committed to praying for one another, we post this daily reminder we can all use for that purpose. Devotional Passage: John 16:25-33
Prayer: We cannot thank You enough, Lord Jesus, for Your promise that we are loved by God our Father because we love You and believe You came from Him, entering this world to reconcile and redeem us, returning to Him until being sent back by Him to ensure that we will be with Him forever. We are meanwhile assured that while we will have trouble in this world, You have overcome the world, and in relationship with You, we will have peace. May we therefore be those who take such heart in knowing we are at peace with You, having Your peace guarding our hearts and minds, that we are free to pursue peace – to be peacemakers who sow in peace and raise a harvest of righteousness to the praise of Your glory as the One in Whose Name we pray. Amen.
